B.M.A. Quality Management certification

The attention of the B.M.A. Italian Contract & Furniture has always focused on quality, as well as customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, for these reasons the company has decided to confirm its UNI EN ISO 9001 certification related to the IAF sector 28 evaluated according to the requirements of the Technical Regulations RT-05 and related to the 'Quality Management System' applicable to: Design, production and installation of furniture and furnishing accessories.
Consequently B.M.A. S.n.c. of Bigoni Davide and Domenghini Romano has been recognized in compliance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, confirming the continuous quality progress already certified with the previous UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008.

ISO 9001*

The ISO 9001 standard defines the requirements for a quality management system for an organization. The requirements expressed are of a general nature and can be implemented by any type of organization; last revision in September 2015 (ISO 9001: 2015).

ISO 9001 is the reference standard for those who want to subject their production process to quality control in a cyclical way, starting from the definition of the requirements, expressed or not, of the customers and arriving to the monitoring of the entire process / production process.

The customer and his satisfaction are at the center of ISO 9001; every activity, application and monitoring of activities / processes is in fact aimed at determining the maximum satisfaction of the end user. The phases of application of the standard start from the definition of the procedures and registrations for each single process or macro process identified within the company organization.
